OK, I officially give up on the Asus Eee PC. There , that you would need a whole wiki to find out the intricate difference between all of them. There is a new variant in town - the Asus Eee PC 900A that will be powered by Intel’s Atom processor compared to the Celeron chip in older 900 models. Features of the 900A include :-

• 8GB/16GB SSD option

It will retail for around $460 in Germany (the 8GB model), with no word on whether this variant will make it to the US or not.
